Felted Brown Bag Lunch

By Jill Harness in Art, Everything Else, Food & Drink on Mar 13, 2009 at 5:43 pm

Do you hate being the only person that doesn’t bring lunch to work or school in a brown bag? Well, now you can keep up your old ways while following the bag trend with this entirely felt lunch set. If you’re interested, instructions are available to make your own chips, bag, sandwich and treat from felt. They even tell you how to sew a plastic sandwich bag for good measure.

Why would anyone care about this? Why would anyone want to do this? What would anyone do with this once they had it?

My feelings exactly, James Tracy. It isn’t even something that would serve as an interesting decoration.

WHEN is the plush food trend going to DIE already? It was cute the first brazillion times….getting kind of old now…

I was thinking this would be a fun toy for a child playing make believe. If there can be plastic food, why not felt food. The kid could pretend-make a sandwich right along side mom. Or they could learn how to put their own lunch together. Seems like it could be fun .. and washable.
