This isn't a very practical design if you want to enjoy the milk with the cupcake. Sure, you can dunk cookie into the milk, but then you're stuck with cupcake all around it and hard to access. Looks pretty, though. I'm not a huge fan of Oreos, but an Oreo cupcake sounds somewhat appealing. I agree with Byrd Brain here.
