we did something like this at my elementary school, only it was a cow and the prize was $5000. it “defecated” on the square next to mine.

One of the biggest summer events in my hometown (well, the area of home) is the Cow Flop. Huge summertime fair with the main event being watching a cow wander around a field, waiting for it to do its business.
