I've seen sushi-shop-conveyor-belt videos before and this has been the only one I liked.

The spot right around 1:41 or so where for a full second or two it was nothing but the back of the sushi chef literally gave me a shiver.

Very Nice! There is a lovely contemplative quality to the video that the music only enhances. Interesting to see how certain people would look right at the camera, and others would avoid it.
