Well, they’re officially licensed – so I don’t know if international carmakers will let their cars be made into computer mice

Just buy one of the things and purchase a scale model of the appropriate size. A little paint, a little glue and voila! your very own Volvo or Saab or Opel or Vauxhall or whatever you want.
You too can wheel your mouse around in non-ergonomic discomfort all you want.
