I have to manage several blogs a day and I can really understand what Simplicity means for me. If you get things too complicated, you'll tend to get a messy mind as well. My rule of thumb is to focus on one task at a time only. Never multitasking our work because Multitasking means driving our business and ourselves to the road of destruction...
