Jeeves and Wooster Lampshades

By Stacy in Everything Else, Home & Garden on Jan 27, 2009 at 9:27 pm

These are kind of awesome, especially hanging in a cluster like that, but they’ll set you back: it costs £415.00 (somewhere in the neighborhood of $589) for one of each. You can also buy them separately – Jeeves (the bowler hat) is £210 and Wooster (the top hat) is £225. The shades are inspired by characters by P.G. Wodehouse – Bertie Wooster and Reginald Jeeves.

I can't help but think that would be fairly simple to make on one's own using way less money. (I guess that's true for a lot of things, though.)

Temp, I was just thinking the same thing...maybe there's something far to un-consumeristic about us.

Just makes me think of Rene Magritte. My favorite surrealist.
