Haha, that’s so true! Back in Spain they call those people “HOYGAN”.
That’s because these people usually start their comments with a “Listen”, wich in spanish would be “Escuchad”, “Escuchen”, “Oid”, or “Oigan”. Instead they write HOYGAN, wich…well, is so horribly wrong it takes a minute to understand even the very first word.

Proper spelling and grammar are difficult when (according to a report published a few years ago) about 40% of the US population writes at about a 4th-5th grade level.
