They are warm weather animals with not a lot of hair or fat on them. I think they look adorable. We have a few in our neighborhood as well, and it's just cute to see them on their walks. I am not the type that gets into dressing up her dog save for the occasional bandana, nor do I have a problem with it unless the animal's movement is restricted or their body temperature is messed up by it.
