Anamigo is a social networking site for dogs and cats (and the people who love them). Your pet can have its own profile page, and you can join in the forums to discuss pet issues. They also have a photo contest with daily and weekly cash prizes! Members can upload a photo or vote for your favorite photographs, but you don’t have to be a member to look at the sweet puppies and kittens. Link -Thanks, Dan!

Hmm...my dog has a myspace right now and most people think it's cute/funny, but I'm afraid switching to a social networking site entirely for animals might push me into "crazy dog lady" zone.

Jessica, if you feel you've gone over that line, profiling your pet on this social network will enable you to give yourself a sense of sanity by seeing all the people on there that are crazier then you are.

The web2.0-ish look hurts my eyes almost as much as the poor usability hurts my patience, abandoned the site on second reload...
All the feel of having been hastily put-together by underpaid kids.
And don't get me started on the clipart "logo".

How did you get proxied to advertise something so lame?

Wanna promote something really "neat"? try http://www.addictionary.org/

This is really pathetic, but my dogs are on Dogster. In my defence, I have logged on there once in the past 11 months or so, because I was really bored when I set up their accounts after a friend badgered me to join. But my point... yeah, putting them on another animal networking site would certainly be in the realm of "crazy animal lady" and I might as well start dressing the dogs and throwing them birthday parties if I step over that line.
