You wouldnt even need a very sophisticated way to attach them, a piece of duct tape would work just fine. To carry a cell phone however, you would need a pretty hardy mini heli. Tennis ball idea works too. I know Ive launched some pretty far using a potato gun when I was a kid. Not a bad way to deliver drugs, just about any remote heli would work.
