Some of the comparisons are astute (Billy Mays really does look like Al from Home Improvement!), some of them are funny, and some of them are just plain mean. A couple that I thought were funny: Suge Knight totally looks like Uncle Phil from Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Rod Blagojevich totally looks like Lego Man, and Axl Rose totally looks like Pickles.
