I am sure there are ways to “entice” him to tell people where the money is. Every human body and mind has weaknesses- it is just a matter of finding which one is this CLOWN’s weakness and have fun with it.

Madoff isn't going to jail for the same reason Bush Jr. and Paulson are not going to jail. They work for the same international central bankers. These people want to destroy the US economy so they can create more power and control for themselves, by removing the US republic and replacing it with a world govt structure that guarantees their power, wealth and control will last indefinitely, without challenge.
