Terry Pratchett Knighted

You may now refer to the Discworld author as “Sir Terry”, although he regrets that the honor did not come with a sword.

    Well deserved.

Terry Pratchett is one of my all time favorite authors. I've always said that his books are brilliant paintings of our world drawn with the amazing colors of his imagination.

I'm so glad that he was properly honoured. He's an amazing individual, a brilliant man, and he truly deserves his title.

LONG overdue, but I'm delighted to see him doing so well. He's really changed how I think about dementia and Alzheimer's.

Wow, this article really reminds you of those "good news, bad news" scenarios...

    Poor Sir Pratchett.

I agree with CelticCatEyes. The good news is....but the bad news is....

Congrats Sir Terry. I'm sure that someone out there will be making him a Discworld flavoured sword as we speak...

Someone is indeed making a sword for Terry.
