Anyone who’s been around Neatorama for any length of time is familiar with the Rickroll. For New Year’s Eve, Randall Munroe of xkcd takes the Rickroll concept and stands it on its head to surprise a girl. Link -Thanks, mmat!

Call me a Troll if ye must, but Rickrolling is by far the most asinine, annoying fad ever to hit the internet.

    ...since the Hampster Dance.

At least the Hamster dance had a Roger Miller song (albeit Chipmunkified)

Rickrolling was humorous until it became a meme. And you know a meme is tired and old when it goes mainstream, example the Foster's Home float in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade.

    This though, was quite funny.

Tired. Reminds me of the sad people who still worship Elvis.
