In a pre-election survey 64% of American men said they would rather see Palin in a bikini than Pamela Anderson. However 92% would rather have Anderson as vice president!

Yeah, there’s a reason why “we don’t post a lot of politics here on Neatorama”. It appears whatever gets posted about Palin is negative, even long after she’s washed-up. Maybe EP is right, and dems are still using her as their whipping-post to deflect any criticism from their own side’s fallibilities.

It’s funny how the usual suspects come out of the woodwork as per schedule to inject their political idiocy.

I could care less about palin’s political affiliation, and indeed many here haven’t even mentioned this aspect of her. On the basis of her “character” alone and the fact that she was the running mate for one of the most powerful offices in the world, is cause for amusement on one hand, shock on the other.

Would you call a charismatic Grand Wizard of the KKK fascinating?
She appeals to the lowest, lowest instincts in people. She has treated Alaska like her private, ethis-free playground and STM, she repeatedly lied about Obama.

Coming from France where mostly the Nomenklatura gets the power, I agree with the interesting side of Palin’s story : how a beauty pageant / hockey mom gets to be a presidential election runing mate?

How she would have fared is not the point : she had the opportunity to be elected and that is a great sign of democracy.

Strong on national security & treason.
Several centuries of experience in government.
Will freeze federal spending, then turn it to stone.
Knows the Deplorable Word, and it’s not ‘Maverick’.
Favors enlisting wolves for elite national security force, rather than shooting them from helicopters.
Turning Congress to stone will play well with the business community.
