Twingly Top 100 Blogs

Posted by Alex in Blog & Internet on December 16, 2008 at 2:45 pm

Twingly, the spam-free Swedish blog search engine, has released its list of the Top 100 blogs in the world and Neatorama made it! (We’re no. 35)

Twingly groups the blogs it follows by language – so if you don’t write in English, you can still find out how you rank against other blogs in the same language. Another interesting thing that Twingly has is BlogRank, which is sort of like Google PageRank, but for blogs.

35's great. How many hits do we have?

Is "we" apropriate? I like to think of myself part of netorama because I comment alot.

I hate to be nit picking, yeah right, but if you select English language blogs then we are in 34th place!

First 34th place next the world!

neatorama ranks 298 out of all websites according the popular US ranking website ://URLFAN, see the ranking here : http://www.urlfan.com/site/neatorama_com/286697.html

the ranking at urlfan is a little more transparent than twingly or technorati.
