Hand-Pierced Sterling Silver Necklaces

I just discovered Anabella Designs on Etsy. Gorgeous stuff - this is a hand-pierced, sterling silver pendant. It's even cut and filed by hand. I haven't bought the sterling silver ones, but I did buy a couple of the enamel on copper pendants for Christmas gifts and am really excited to see them in person. I'm even more impressed because when I think about trying to do this on my own, I envision some major puncture wounds and a trip to the emergency room.

I hand carve magic wands out of hardwood I mill myself. Isn't that neat? If you are interested it's www.gipsonwands.com. But, I do consider this as advertising.

It is amazing what you can cut with a jewellers piercing saw.

It's basically a hack saw with a blade like a hair.

I did a figure drawing once using a sheet of brass and a piercing saw.

It's neat to me. And it's not just advertising. This is advertising. "Here's my wife's Etsy site: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6113100 . You should buy stuff here for holiday gifts."
