My 2yo daughter loves her footie pajamas - you know, pajama "suits" that have built in "shoes." My wife and I joked that she's going to continue wearing them to sleep even after she's grown up.
It seems that our fears weren't so ridiculous after all: there actually are such things as footed pajamas for adults: Link - Thanks Tiff!

I just love my baby blue jumpinjammerz zippered fleece footed pajamas and sleep in them as much as possible. In my opinion, they make the best fleece footed pajamas in existance!

Hey, what's wrong with adults wearing footie pjs? I've worn them for years and I love 'em? And as to comments about them being sick or fetishistic?? SO?? What's religion but a fetish?? I gave up on pretend "friends" when I was about 5, so if you want to give up on the comfort and "fun" of wearing footies, that's up to you, but don't tell me there's something wrong with me for wanting to be comfortable when I sleep, and warm when I get up in the morning to put on a pot of coffee and turn the heater on.
