Songs of Love: Free Personalized Songs for Children with Life-Threatening Illnesses

Posted by Alex in Baby & Kids, Music on November 25, 2008 at 2:30 pm

Songs of Love is an interesting non-profit organization that creates free, personalized songs for children and teen with chronic and life-threatening illnesses.

Founded by John Beltzer, Songs of Love has over 120 songwriters that compose one-of-a-kind songs that are sure to lift the spirits of kids during the time when they need it most.

And the songs are good! You can listen to them on their website: Link [Flash, click on the jukebox icon on the bottom of the page] – Thanks Denise Thobe!

PS The Songs of Love have just released a free iPhone App (I’m not good with the iPhone, so I’ll leave it up to you to check it out)

My wife does this for our kids. She has made up a song for our kids and sings it to them regularly. Everyone knows everyone else's song.

    Rocky, that is so sweet!
I have heard of Songs of Love before and I'm glad it's getting some recognition.
