Yeti’s Footprint?

By Alex in Paranormal on Oct 21, 2008 at 11:12 am

A team of Japanese adventurers have claimed to find "yeti’s footprint":

"The footprints were about 20 centimetres (eight inches) long and looked like a human’s," Yoshiteru Takahashi, the leader of the Yeti Project Japan, told AFP in Kathmandu.

Seems like Yeti wears a size 3 shoes – pretty darned small for a mysterious ape! Link

That’s interesting. I would love to know where they found it and why exactly they think it comes from an abominable snowman.

Oh come on, even I can tell that’s a footprint of someone who has worn shoes all their life. Google for some pics of people like Aboriginal Australians and look at their feet, they have do not wear the closed shoes that distort the feet and you can see the difference right away.

    Yeti footprint? Nope. Fail!

It’s hard to believe anything a ‘team of advertisers’ claim.

Amazing! So the Yeti have size 9 (US) feet???

Just measured my size 12s at 11 inches so I guess I’ll have to be sure not to go out whenever anyone is hunting….

    Rots o’ Ruck, Hiker-san!!
