   Someone pulled that on me on live TV, I would have to stifle the urge to punch them in the face. Even if I loved them.

   Call me cynical, but I always keep my fingers crossed that the woman will say no. Especially during public proposals.

   No, I see no problem. Good for them. Classy, original, and memorable (if risky). I’m amazed at how cool he remained through the whole thing.

   And you guys suck, I’m trying to work out how to propose to my girlfriend at the moment. I know she’ll say yes, but I still have the irrational fear that she’ll say no.

    have watched it several times… it was soooooooooo sweet — letting the whole world know how much you love the person. she’s lucky. he’s very cool and composed…. good luck and best wishes.
