How are you?
Have you recieved the email that I have sent you recently?
Please Advise.

Regarding these 4:

1) No drinking alcohol
2) No smoking
3) Drink milk everyday
4) Sleep by 8:00 p and wake up at 5:00 am everyday

The 4th one seems to be impossible.
Maybe some day in future.
Who knows?…..

I’m not a Mormon, but I too live in Japan and have a Japanese wife. The natives tend to substitute meat for fish when they get to about forty. I guess the fella doesn’t have a mother-in-law…

I live in Japan, and my wife is Japanese. She saw an interview with this gentleman during which he outlined his 4 secrets to a long life:

1) No drinking alcohol
2) No smoking
3) Drink milk everyday
4) Sleep by 8:00 pm and wake up at 5:00 am everyday

I personally am 3 for 4 on this list (yup, I’m a Mormon ) but that schedule is just not happening…
