Oh, I just clicked through and read the story.

It says that it’s while the phone is in use, so if you have a hands free headset thing on your ear, and you put the phone in your pocket while you’re talking, it isn’t going to do your nads any good.

But you know what? I’m okay with that. It means that hopefully there’ll be less pointy haired real-estate agents in the world.
