All greyhound owners will attest that yes, they are in fact the laziest dogs EVARRRR! They're nicknamed "45 mph couch potatoes" for a reason. I swear, whether I take King for a walk or not, all day long all he does is lay around. He is active in my backyard for about two minutes, then he even lays down out there and knocks out. Other people's dogs amaze me at how active they are. Mine, and most other greyhounds I know, take retirement very seriously. I own a greyhound. My 3 dogs are stuck in the house all day while I'm at work, they have free reign, and all the toys they could want. I take them for walks when I get home. Hell even if I am home all they do is sleep anyway. Dogs sleep like 18 hours a day, its typical. anywhos, this was cute I really don’t find it all that sad.
