how do u unlock such a thing??

I did something like that to my friend’s locker in high school. I got a bunch of other locks and locked them all onto their lock so that they couldn’t get to their own lock’s dial to unlock the whole thing. The janitor had bolt cutters though, so it didn’t last long.

the picture of bike tires locked up with no bike is funny
I always thought it might be a good idea to own a Denver Boot to keep your car from being stolen. And maybe if a parking official saw that you already have a boot on, they would think another officer already got to you allowing you to park anywhere you want
funny that most of the pictures are of vehicles that nobody would want in the first place
