The evidence is as follows:
1. She checked into the hotel using her rival's name
2. She conveniently had a large amount of cash on her to pay for the hotel
3. She didn't come forward even though there was national news coverage, obviously including pictures of herself
4. She secretly fled across the country. Anyone who had genuine amnesia would easily be run across since they'd likely stop and ask for help or directions.
5. Her car was in the pit, but she was completely uninjured. If her husband or someone else had attacked her, there would have been more evidence of violence.
