Hey, I was born in January 1970, too! And I have many fond memories of "The Electric Company" and "Sesame Street." This is just about as cool as it gets: Morgan Freeman in pink bell-bottoms, singing about reading.

I had the same experience as Rick, except the first movie I saw him in was Street Smarts. It was like seeing an old friend. He's still as cool today, in The Black Knight, as he ever was.

Dude...I'm so so glad somebody remembers Easy Reader from the Electric Company. I used to go out on my bike after seeing him on EC and pretend I was Easy Reader. The first time I saw him in a movie, musta been "Teachers" in about 1984, I just about stood up and shouted, "Hey...That's Easy Reader!!" Thanks for the trip down tv memory lane.
