Feh... Obviously written by a 20-something American with limited viewing habits.

What about The Prisoner's Lotus 7 or The Doctor's beloved yellow roadster Bessie (or the 'Whomobile' though it might be disqualified for having 3 wheels and the outward appearance of being a hovercraft) Where's John Steed's Bentley or Emma Peel's Lotus Elan?

If you're going strictly red white and blue, then at the very least, there should have been a mention for the Munster's Koach, Grandpa Munster's Drag-u-la, plus the 1928 Porter from "My Mother The Car"

It is funny here in North Georgia about the Herbie Love Bugs. "Girlie Men", two of them, each drive a new VW bug painted up like Herbie. We always point and laugh every time we see it.

I know it sounds harsh, but you just have to see them. I don't know if they thing they are Lyndsey Lohan or what. :)

Yeah I assumed that famous meant well known or at least talked about outside of a particular film. Do people talk about the car from Uncle Buck? Do people remember the movie Uncle Buck? "Dragula" didn't even make the list even though it was in the TV show the Munsters, featured in scores of hot rod magazines and was even featured in a song written years after the Munsters were cancelled. Maybe the list should be renamed the 50 most talked about cars in my circle of friends.

Any list that includes the Charger from "Vanishing Point" and the 1920 Indian from "World's Fastest Indian", yet doesn't include Steve McQueen's #20 Porsche 917K from "Le Mans" has no meaning for me.
