		<description>Heh ... that V-shaped building kind of behind the London Eye, at the very bottom of the picture?  I lived there for a while back in 2001 - seeing the place all flooded like that actually IS highly disturbing ... actually, I&#039;m more than a little disturbed to admit that I&#039;m more immediately bothered by that than by any of the REAL pictures I&#039;ve seen of the current ongoing Midwestern US floods ... I -guess- there&#039;s a power in things you can relate to personally, but even so this is distressing ...</description>
