The Beluga whales at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta do the same thing. They go up to the surface, get some air in their mouths (because their mouths aren’t connected to their lungs), and then blow the bubble rings and play with them as they dive down to the bottom of the tank.

Sometimes they’ll even suck them back in to their mouths and re-create them a time or two on the same dive.
