He is not hired to entertain, he is hired to clean the street. He is obviously being slowed down in his job by his dancing. People wonder where their taxes go, well look no further. If he finds his job boring, then he needs to get some needed skills and find one that is closer to his skillset. This guy really should be fired, he is not doing the job he was hired to do.
