Ha! Could you imagine the conversation at the department where they decided the street names? Advisor: "Sir, the kids these days are into this new fangled slang terms. Perhaps we can get them more interested in local politics and the upcoming election if we name some streets that they'd understand?" Mayor: "That's a great idea! What do you propose?" Advisor: "There is this "O-R-L-Y" thing going about..." Mayor: "Excellent! What does it mean?" Advisor: "I...don't know..." Mayor: "Who cares! O'Reilly it is!" Advisor: "You mean ORLY, sir?" Mayor: "Oh, really what?" And this continues for 2 hours more with more confusion.
