Could have used some editing for time. If you hadn't said "Just when you start to think this is too long, unexpected events make it something very different", I wouldn't have stuck around until the end. And the events really didn't live up to the expectation. I was thinking, "It better be damn good after all this time...", and it was just so-so. The writing was tight.
