I remember growing up in Poland, playing this game on a hand held device. Of course it was made in Russia and you played as the wolf from that russian “wolf and rabbit” cartoon.

Same here, played this on an old russian handheld at the start of the 90s. Judging by his east european name, that’s probably where the author of the game got his inspiration from,

I remember this as a Nintendo Game & Watch starring Mickey Mouse 
I had a Popeye, too. If I’m remember correctly Popeye had to row in a small boat and catch cans of spinach. That’s more than 20 years back!

Yes – I used to play games like this on my old Game & Watch systems … My favorite is the guy flipping pancakes.
