Sustainable Dave is Half-Way in Saving His Trash for a Year

Posted by Alex in Everything Else on July 1, 2008 at 9:21 pm

We’ve blogged about Sustainable Dave’s attempt to save all the trash he generates in a year. This month marks Dave Chameides’ 6th month anniversary of his effort (he blogs everything – and I mean everything – that he throws away).

Check out his progress here: Link | An interesting interview with Dave by Annie Tsai at Epic FuThanks Dave!

Does he save his toilet paper? His used condoms? The lint in his dryer filter? His boogers?

Somehow, Lion-O, I don't think he gets to use many condoms. ;)

this guy can suck it. of course, he's free to do what he wants, and I'm free to tell him to suck it.

Hah, great comments and thanks for posting the link folks.

    1. Toilet paper, no. Condoms no (due to personal use choices...married with 2 kids....you figure it out). lint in the dryer goes out to the birds for nests. Boogers go in a handkerchief that gets washed. Thanks for the interest though (and yes, i recognize that you were being sarcastic)

    2. See 1.

    3. And that's the great thing about the internet isn't it. Not sure why the blog makes you so angry, but if it does, hopefully you'll find one that makes you happy.

    Thanks

Too much time to waste. Add that on the list.

@Dave - glad it's working out for you. One question about dryer lint, won't there be plastic fibers in it?
