Is that ‘WTF MATE’. Given usage of ‘mate’ is not common in the States does this mean this is a vanity plate? So she chose that on purpose or is just a real plate that happens to say ‘mate’?

If any North Carolinians want to get rid of their WTF plates Ill take them
