Woogie says it's impossible, therefore it must be so! Woogie wouldn't say it if it wasn't true! And since Woogie used capital letters when it typed ANYONE, that makes it even more believable.

Thanks, Woogie, you're an inspiration to all internet douche-bags.

but beside the fact that this was referred to as "redneck," i don't know.. i think it's really creative. it looks exactly like something i would construct as a little kid. i think people are put off by home projects because everyone these days have grown up with the mentality that anything can be bought from a store. it has almost ruined the entire creative process for people because everything has already been done and is being sold in crappy wal-mart stores for five dollars.

i think the only reason "redneck" jokes aren't funny anymore is because jeff foxworthy has pounded those jokes into the ground-- of course, not without the help of the entire population trying to mimmick him. also, i think we've reached a time where making fun of stereotypes (which in-turn perpetuates) is really posh.. taboo.. looked down upon.. and just not funny anymore.

let's single out an entire group of people because they're "different" and "weird!" that will raise our own status and make us look awesome in front of our friends! c'mon, gang! now we can accepted by EVERYONE!

There is no way ANYONE could use that wheel sitting on the edge of the chair. Plus I doubt you could sit on the edge of the chair like that.

Redneck racially derogatory? Get a life.

My guess is that it was put together to allow a child to play a driving game. The tyke could sit on the edge of the chair-front, with his little feet reaching the peddles, while he drives. By attaching everything to the chair-legs, it would effectively keep the controller pieces from sliding away on the slick tile floor?

Or maybe I'm way off.

The word "redneck" is racially derogatory. If you wouldn't allow yourself to use the word "wetback", which refers to poor blue-collar Mexicans, don't use "redneck" either.

It's all or nothing guys.

I don't mind saying I'm dumber than a redneck because I do not 1. understand how Nascar even works as a sport and doesn't get reamed for the amazing waste of gas 2. understand how that contraption works.

Ghetto would be more appropriate but heres what I made one boring weekend. A little more sophisticated i think.

Real Kirky Race seat, spare from racecar. Round bar slides inside square tubing to change length, for the shorter ppl.

I've managed to not find these redneck jokes funny either. Is the incoherent sentence that begins, "How to turn a chair..." a Neatorama mistake, a Pasta&Vinegar mistake, or was it ungraciously reprinted from the alleged redneck?

I don't get it...

It wouldn't be a comfortable seating position since the back of the chair would force you into a backward leaning position, but with nothing to rest against. And then how can you even manage to get your legs into a position where you'd even be able to use the pedals?

I can understand if this is meant to be a joke, but if this is someone's legitimate set-up, I'd like to see a pic of them actually using it.
