anyone else put-off by the fact that these extravagant cakes take DAYS to make? wouldn't that imply that the ingredients are infused with artificial ingredients for preservation purposes, which then makes it even MORE unhealthy than a regular cake? i mean, the design is cool, i love mario and i love me some cake, but come on.. and any icing/frosting that requires you to roll it out, place it on top like a sheet, and then CUT IT WITH SCISSORS probably isn't that promising. then again, i'm no cake professional, so i don't know what actual ingredients go into making them. but i DO have common sense, and icing is supposed to be smooth enough to lick off of a spoon.. not scraped off the counter-top.
