    That’s the most terrifying idea ever. Giger’s work is amazing, and I love his art, but I could never hang out in this bar.

    Been there, n’ have a photo to prove it. Gigger actually lives in Gruyeres. His private ‘museum’ is right next to the bar. Bar is much more interesting though.

    It’s across the street from the Giger museum, and down a cobbled road form an old Savoy castle. The Gruyere cheese factory is a delicious visit. All of these things are stops on the Chocolate Train that leaves from Montreux and goes through Gruyere on the way to the Cailler chocolate factory. Hmmm, Chocolate, Cheese, and Giger…yum.
