It can easily be done via the control panel but if one is really smart they can use Windows Explorer and get into the folder that contains the unwanted program. A lot of times there is a uninstall file available there too. What I'd like to know is what kind of hard drive does he have to hold a billion GB. Now that would really be impressive. Not to mention how many years it must take to DL such large files. Lastly I'm curious why one would DL such a huge file when they thought it was stupid in the first place.
