		<description>I&#039;m not sure whether to be proud or disappointed we don&#039;t have pretty glowing structures scattered about the US. And then I think of another LED-laden building... damn, I want to say it&#039;s a library, and now I can&#039;t even remember if it&#039;s in Russia or China (but it was definitely featured on this site)... and I lean towards disappointed. Do want.</description>
