Good one! But can’t the dog run very fast and get out of the aqueduct? A fast, low, 4-legged animal like a dog should be able to get out of it by itself. It’s not very stiff.

And to think, the Thai are the ones that dumped all those refugees from Myanmar at sea. Sounds like a country with its priorities in line.
