    The Nobel laureate was Paul Ehrlich (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Ehrlich), there were no computers when he was alive.

    The quote is by Paul R. Ehrlich, who ist still alive (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_R._Ehrlich) but didn’t win the Nobel prize afaik.

    It should be ‘To err is human, but to really foul things up you need a bad computer programmer.’.

    Computers only do what instructed. If the instructions are messed up, its the humans fault!
