		<description>Aww, fireflies are among my favorite things ever.  When even the blasted -bugs- can light up, you just -know- the universe has gotta be pretty darned magical.  I&#039;m also THRILLED to learn that synchronously-blinking fireflies have been found in the Congaree Swamp, that&#039;s near enough to me that I&#039;ll -have- to make a trip out there this summer.

I only wish -I- were bioluminescent, too!</description>

		<description>Inkedgal: I love lightnin&#039; bugs! I used to take my son to Blanco State Park here in Texas, just so we could watch the fireflies. Who needs TV when there&#039;s better entertainment to be had at the riverside? (And it&#039;s ad-free, too!) :-) 

Now that I live in a more arid part of the state, I miss my &quot;evening show&quot;. Ah well, there&#039;s always camping trips...
