Aww, what a most welcome “good news” story, I wouldn’t have expected something like that could happen outside of cartoons =) Though I do hope somebody warns that kid that she’s just used up her entire lifetime supply of luck …

babies think what they see outside of their windows are the size that they see them. “look a toy car! *falls out window trying to grab it*” unfortunately, that happens… this was lucky

Where the hell was the mother?! The baby is pretty damn lucky that the mail carrier was at the right place at the right time.

Fate? Sounds too coincidental. Probably, the mother did it intentionally. She dropped the baby, intending for the letter carrier to catch it. Whatever twisted cry for help it was, she possibly didn’t mean to actually harm the baby, just make it look like it was in danger, get in the news, and get some charitable donations for her plight.
Or, maybe the mother was trying to kill two birds with one stone - eliminate the baby AND the letter carrier at the same time.
