		<description>The main problem with this is that if it takes 23 seconds per bike and there are 9400 bikes it takes 2.5 days to fill up or empty out.</description>

I was waiting for them to put a camera on the bike, and they finally did.

I thought the same thing about it screwing up somehow, and somebody getting stuck with the wrong bike. How do you argue with the machine?</description>
