I’m sending this to my dad The Dairy Farmer… he’s going to wet his pants laughing. He’s retired now- but never had to do anything like this to get top results… oh hahahaha- I’m totally dying here.

Actually, the british media kind of disappoints me – normally esp. in GB it is clear that tai chi is one kind of martial arts…. teaching it, I have to put up with that “movement meditation” crap regularly and i guess i am oversensitive now…
