This reminds me of Lady Penelope’s Bentley on “Thunderbirds” — it had a twin rear axle. Of course, that WAS a puppet show, but still… it reminded me.

I’m still waiting for the car from the short anime film “Riding Bean”:

Remember when all the rage in razors was to see how many blades you could cram onto that sucker? Remember when there were all those PSA’s telling everyone that extra blades really did nothing to improve the shave?
    Just saying.

No sports car ever needs 4 wheels, leave alone 2 axles.

Do you mean 4 front wheels, Ravi?

This looks like an experimental toy. I would think the two extra wheels would weigh down or inhibit the car’s abilities.

I hate cars right now. I just spent $80 filling up my tank.

Photochop. That second axle would run right through where your feet are supposed to go. Not to mention it leaves no room for a roor hinge, even if it was a scissor door.

@TheConqueror: If those wheels aren’t being driven the axle can easily be lower or further forward than the center of the two wheels it connects, really it doesn’t need to have an axle at all.

Two wheels in the front just looks kind of dumb to me.
