Interesting tactic. Deforestation is a huge issue. Nice to see that they can use the trees that we still have to send a message.

Where I’m from, no one looks twice if you stop in a gas station or a fast food joint just to use the restroom. I can’t imagine being in NY and not having a public restroom within spitting distance.

Doesn’t the paint the signs damage the trees? I donated a bequest I got to a group whose goal was to preserve nature. When, several years later, I actually got to go the the building where the charity worked, I noticed that the entire place had hard wood flooring, and taxidermied animals were everywhere. Made me feel like I might have donated to the wrong organization.
